1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and 888phl ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 888phl website located at https://888phl.cam and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any part of the 888phl Platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close any account you may have created.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

You agree to the following account requirements:

3. Account Verification and KYC Procedures

Before processing your first withdrawal, and potentially at other times during your use of the Platform, you will be required to provide documentation to verify your identity, age, and address.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

888phl supports various payment methods for deposits, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or in cryptocurrency values converted to PHP equivalent at the time of transaction.

By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party or using payment methods that do not belong to you.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the payment method selected and are displayed at the time of transaction. 888phl does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name that matches your verified account information.

Withdrawal terms and conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified for each payment method on the Platform.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes to seventy-two (72) hours, depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any necessary verification procedures.
• 888phl reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or in cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering measure.
• You may be required to wager your deposit amount at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal to comply with AML regulations.

4.3 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Promotional bonuses, free spins, and other incentives offered by 888phl are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion and typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.

Bonus funds are separate from your deposited real money balance. Wagers are deducted from real money first, then from bonus funds. Winnings generated while bonus wagering requirements are active are subject to maximum withdrawal limits as specified in each promotion's terms.

5. Gameplay Rules and Betting

All bets are subject to acceptance by 888phl. We reserve the right to refuse any bet or limit betting amounts at our sole discretion. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it becomes binding and cannot be cancelled except in cases of obvious error or technical malfunction.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

Upon account termination for any of the above reasons, 888phl may forfeit any remaining account balance, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds. 8. Intellectual Property Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without written permission.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software or code.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or functionality.
• Use the 888phl name, logo, or trademarks without express authorization.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or harvest data from the Platform.

Unauthorized use of Platform content or intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888phl, its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or profits due to technical errors, game malfunctions, or server failures.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to cease using it and close your account. In no event shall 888phl's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds you deposited during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 888phl, its affiliates, partners, licensors, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law or regulation.
• Your violation of any rights of any third party.
• Your use or misuse of the Platform, including any content you submit or transmit.
• Any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity conducted through your account.
• Your failure to comply with KYC requirements or provide accurate information.

This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of your account and these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through 888phl's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved through support, you may escalate the matter to management for formal review. We commit to responding to dispute escalations within seven (7) business days.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Waiver

No waiver by 888phl of any term or condition in these Terms shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by 888phl to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from 888phl. 888phl may freely assign these Terms and all rights and obligations hereunder to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 888phl regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
